Step 1 - Consultation
This consultation will include an overview of the existing spaces, your goals for the project, a rough timeline for completion, and your estimated budget.
Step 2 - Project acceptance
Based on our consultation, we will present you with a personalized Interior Design Agreement that will include a scope of work detailing your project, an estimate of hours to complete the design and a suggested budget based on our discussions. Once our contract is signed and we receive your deposit, we immediately get to work on designing your home.
PROJECT INITIATION → PHASE ONE → PHASE TWO → PHASE THREE
At the conclusion of the Phase One, all furniture, lighting, window treatments, paint, and some art will be finalized. The majority of wall décor and accessories are not selected until Phase Three.
Step 3 - Collection Day
We will schedule a time to visit the site to take measurements and photos of the space. We will use this information to develop special plans, layout and details for your project. All necessary tradespeople (painters, electricians, etc.) will be on site ready to take their own measurements and begin setting quotes for the requested work. Client does not need to be present for this step.
Step 4 - Ideation & Creation
Development of the preliminary design. The design concept will evoke the overall feel of the space and will help inform future decision making. Once we have your stamp of approval, we will begin sourcing specific pieces.
Step 5 - Design Presentation
This includes a visual presentation and a 3D rendering, if necessary, of all selections including color palette, furnishings, lighting, window coverings, floor coverings, and some artwork as well as a presentation of estimates.
Step 6 - Refinements
We plan for one round of revisions after the Design Presentation. In the event that additional revisions are needed, The Scope of Work will be adjusted accordingly.

Step 10: Project Closure
Upon your arrival, we will take some time to walk through the space with you and fully review all changes made. You will be provided with a binder detailing all warrantees, tradespeople contact info and any other pertinent information. Final invoices will be issued within 10 business days.
